In recent years, the Tax sector has been one of the leading units in digital transformation. Creating that mark is the great contribution of the unit's youth. Promoting the pioneering spirit of the youth, upholding the spirit of exemplary behavior, and constantly being creative, Mr. Hoang Quoc Viet has advised, proposed and directed the establishment of 8 volunteer teams "Pink Holiday" to operate "Volunteer Saturday" at 8 affiliated branches to support and accompany businesses, organizations and individuals in electronic tax payment, registering electronic tax transaction accounts for individuals... At the same time, actively reforming and modernizing the tax system, simplifying tax administrative procedures, maintaining services of electronic tax declaration, payment, refund, and electronic invoices; ensuring the IT system is open 24/7 to support taxpayers in fulfilling their obligations to the state budget from the stages of registration, declaration, payment, and electronic tax refund without having to go directly to the tax authority, reducing time...

In particular, Mr. Viet and the Youth Union proactively established a digital transformation steering committee headed by the Youth Union Secretary. The steering committee requested that branches establish digital technology teams to coordinate with commercial banks to support individuals and businesses to install and use Etax Mobile. Thanks to that,   Digital technology teams have supported over 3,000 individuals and businesses to install and use Etax Mobile.

Anh Viet is also a pioneer in researching, proposing ideas and initiatives to improve work to excellently complete professional tasks. demonstrating the pioneering spirit of youth, contributing to building a strong unit. Many of his initiatives have been applied in practice, bringing practical results, strengthening management work. These include: Solutions to improve the efficiency of tax management in the context of implementing electronic tax, to increase taxpayer satisfaction; solutions to prevent budget loss in personal income tax management through the application of IT; improving the efficiency of tax management in checking, comparing and verifying electronic invoices according to the provisions of Decree No. 123/2020/ND-CP of the Government...

As Secretary of the Youth Union, Mr. Viet not only sets an example and takes the lead in professional, technical and agency activities for the Youth Union to learn and follow, but is also always close to, grasps the thoughts, feelings and aspirations of the Youth Union to propagate, mobilize, innovate the content and methods of activities, making the Youth Union's activities rich, meaningful and widespread.

Keeping in mind Uncle Ho's teaching to the youth "Do not be afraid of hardship, do not be afraid of difficulties, do anything that needs to be done by the youth, do anything that is difficult with the youth", he actively organized, participated in launching, and directed the implementation of many emulation movements, contributing to affirming the responsibility of the youth in the work of building the homeland, volunteering for community life, and the mission of the youth towards the unit's tasks.

As a dynamic, enthusiastic, close and intimate Youth Union officer, he always wonders how to attract young people to the Youth Union and develop Youth Union activities at the unit. With practical experience, Mr. Viet has contributed many good, practical and effective initiatives, not only close to the actual situation of the unit , but also in line with the current development trend of Youth Union members, helping the Youth Union work to create more and more impressions and spread in the community. In 2024 alone, Mr. Viet participated in mobilizing over 330 million VND to complete 6 youth projects: Community sports ground for people in Quang Duc commune ( Hai Ha district); Book reading room "For beloved juniors" in Binh Lieu district; Welcome gate of Dong Vang Cultural Village (Son Duong commune, Ha Long city) ... He directly participated in and mobilized Youth Union members of the unit.   Participate in voluntary blood donation of more than 20 units of blood each year; donate Vietnam map; support administrative procedures level 3, 4...
