Reclaiming more than 226.7 hectares of land to implement the Nha Trang City Mixed-use Urban Area Project

The City People's Committee requested the investor (a consortium of Ha Long Sun Company Limited and Asean Ha Long Tourism Joint Stock Company) to provide complete records and documents related to the project to localities with affected land in order to carry out the work of posting, propagating, disseminating and monitoring the implementation process.

The People's Committees of communes and wards are responsible for publicly posting documents related to land recovery; disseminating and clearly explaining the land recovery policy to the people; organizing and guiding the people to elect representatives to participate in the Compensation, Support and Resettlement Council; confirming the current status of land and assets of people whose land is recovered in accordance with regulations and authority; and being responsible for data and records provided by the locality.

The City People's Committee requests households and individuals whose land is recovered to cooperate with the People's Committees of communes and wards in declaring land area, land class, land location, quality of assets on land, number of people, number of workers and proposing resettlement wishes (if any); provide complete, timely and accurate data and documents related to recovered land to serve the work of reviewing compensation, support and resettlement, and at the same time be responsible for the legality of the information provided; strictly comply with the procedures and time for handing over the site as prescribed.

Land recovery implementation period is 12 months from the date of issuance of land recovery notice.
