Technical opening of Quang Da bridge connecting Quang Nam and Da Nang city

Attending the ceremony on the Quang Nam side were Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Dung; Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Le Tri Thanh; Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Tran Xuan Vinh; Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Nam Hung. On the Da Nang side, there was Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Trung Chinh.

Quang Da Bridge across Yen River is 204.2m long, connecting Hoa Khuong commune (Hoa Vang district, Da Nang city) with Dien Tien commune (Dien Ban town, Quang Nam province).

The Quang Da Bridge and approach road project will start construction in December 2023 with a total length of 1,408m. The project is invested by the Da Nang Traffic and Agricultural Construction Investment Project Management Board, with a total investment of more than 274 billion VND.

Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City Le Trung Chinh said that during the war years, the road connecting Hoa Khuong commune with Dien Tien commune was one of the vital routes of our army and people.

Today, a new bridge connects the two banks of joy, connecting transportation between the two localities, gradually completing the transportation network, promoting socio-economic development in the region.

Mr. Le Trung Chinh emphasized that Quang Da bridge is a project of important political and social significance, a symbol of solidarity between Da Nang city and Quang Nam province.
