Approval of local adjustments to some planning in the province

(CTTĐTBP) - On the afternoon of April 10, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Tue Hien and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Truong Son chaired a meeting of the Provincial People's Committee to consider and approve the contents submitted by the Department of Construction. Attending the meeting were representatives of leaders of relevant departments, branches, sectors and localities.

The professional unit presents the contents of local adjustments to the planning.

Meeting members discussed and commented on each content presented at the meeting.

The meeting reviewed local adjustments to: Binh Long town master plan; 1/2000 scale construction zoning plan of Becamex - Binh Phuoc Industrial Park, Chon Thanh town; 1/500 scale detailed construction plan of Tien Hung 1 Industrial Cluster, Tien Hung commune, Dong Xoai city; Duc Phong town master plan, Bu Dang district and Bu Nho urban development program, Phu Rieng district.

Adjusting local planning to suit the needs of socio-economic development in the new situation after streamlining the administrative apparatus at commune and provincial levels; at the same time creating favorable conditions for people in economic, educational and cultural development in the new period.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Tue Hien delivered a concluding speech at the meeting.

Concluding the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Tue Hien said: The reasons and contents of the local planning adjustment with the units and localities presented are reasonable and suitable to the actual situation. Therefore, the Provincial People's Committee unanimously approved the contents presented by the Department of Construction at the meeting, and at the same time requested the Department of Construction to proactively coordinate with relevant agencies and units to promptly complete the following processes and procedures./.
