Accordingly, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Nam Hung basically agreed with the scope and scale of the proposed implementation of new urban projects proposed by the Working Group to support investment promotion of key urban commercial service projects in Tam Ky City and Dien Ban Town, specifically as follows: Location No. 3 in Dien Duong Ward, Dien Ban Town with a scale of about 226.5 hectares; Location No. 4 in An Phu Ward and Tam Phu Commune, Tam Ky City with a scale of about 297.4 hectares.
For location No. 1 (scale of about 296ha) and location No. 2 (scale of about 299.3ha) in Dien Ngoc ward, Dien Ban town, considering that the scope and scale of the proposed research of the above two locations overlap with the proposed boundary of the adjusted planning of the Da Nang University Village Project as proposed by Da Nang University, therefore, it is temporarily not considered to be included in the list of research and selection of investors in the current period.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Nam Hung requested the investor to proactively coordinate with the People's Committee of Dien Ban town to consider and evaluate the possibility of expanding the scope and scale of research on the landscape green area and thematic green trees in the Southwest at position number 3 before the People's Committee of Dien Ban town agrees and submits the list of land plots for bidding to select investors to implement investment projects using land in accordance with regulations.
Tam Ky City People's Committee needs to urgently organize a review and assessment of the suitability of the land plot (location No. 4) planned to implement the new urban project in the area with land use planning, construction planning, and related planning; based on the review results, propose a list of land plots to conduct bidding to select investors to implement investment projects using land, send to the Department of Finance before April 12, 2025 for synthesis, consultation with the Provincial People's Committee for consideration, and submit to the Provincial People's Council for approval.
