Agree on the overall adjustment plan for the Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang Expressway Project (phase 1)

The Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang Expressway project (phase 1) through Bach Xa commune (Ham Yen) is being accelerated by the contractor.

Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang Expressway Project (phase 1) has completed investment of 77km, scale of 4 lanes, design speed of 100km/h, according to expressway standards TCVN 5729-2012; 4-lane road surface for motor vehicles 4x3.75m; median strip 0.75m; inner safety strip 2x1.0m; emergency lane 2x3.0m; shoulder 2x0.75m. In which, investment is divided into 2 phases.

Phase 1 to 2025: The Provincial People's Committee agreed to invest in the construction of a new section of the first route, about 7.8 km long, including: Site clearance according to the completed scale of 25.25m; investment in a 2-lane expressway with a cross-section of Bn=12m; design of 5 overpasses with a scale of 12m, 11 underpasses, and 4.18 km of residential roads. Invest in the entire route in phase 1 (69.7km); adjust some items in phase 1 to ensure effective, safe, economical investment, and avoid waste when implementing phase 2 investment. Ensure the opening time in 2025 in accordance with the direction of the Prime Minister.

Phase 2 from 2026-2030 (phase 2) complete investment in the remaining items of the project, ensuring the scale of 4 complete lanes.

The Provincial People's Committee will complete the procedures to submit to the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Planning and Investment.
