Promoting sustainable development in all fields
In order to maintain sustainable achievements in all areas of socio-economic life, especially ensuring that ethnic minorities in the area have a better life, Thong Nhat district has focused on leadership and direction in implementing ethnic work well. The district has assigned the district Ethnic Affairs Department (now the Office of the People's Council - People's Committee of the district) as an advisory body to help the district People's Committee promptly implement the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws on ethnic work in the district.
At the commune level, the Party Committee - People's Committee of communes and towns assigns a leader in charge of ethnic work, implementing the instructions of the District Party Committee and District People's Committee on ethnic work, promptly ensuring the implementation of general instructions throughout the district, combining training and arranging management staff who are ethnic minorities to be key leaders in areas with a large population of ethnic minorities.
