Agree on compensation and support for affected households located outside the clearance line of National Highway 14E project

Accordingly, in order for affected households and individuals to have the conditions to upgrade, repair, renovate or relocate to a suitable location to stabilize their lives, ensure traffic safety, and promptly hand over the site so that Project Management Board 4 - Vietnam Road Administration (investor) can implement the project on schedule; the Provincial People's Committee agreed to support at a level equal to 80% of the compensation price for houses and remaining structures not located in the project clearance area but with a difference lower than the completed road surface from 1.3m to 4.27m for 6 households residing in Tan Binh town, including: Ms. Tran Thi Thuy, Mr. Phan Thanh Hoa, Ms. Tang Thi Bong, Mr. Nguyen Lai, Mr. Dang Van Sinh and Ms. Nguyen Thi Vu. The Provincial People's Committee also agreed to recover land, compensate, support and resettle according to regulations for Ms. Nguyen Thi Hanh (residing in Que Tho commune, Hiep Duc). Support funds for the above households and individuals are allocated from the project's site clearance funds.

Regarding the conditions for implementing compensation and support, households and individuals must have an application for support and commit to using compensation and support money for the purpose of rebuilding new houses, self-dismantling the house and living facilities attached to the land to upgrade and rebuild new houses to stabilize their lives.
