Under the direction of Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Duc Hai, the National Assembly held a plenary session in the hall, carrying out the following contents:

* Content 1: The National Assembly listened to Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Chairman of the National Assembly's Finance and Budget Committee Le Quang Manh present a report explaining, accepting and revising the draft Resolution on the state budget estimate for 2025 (including some contents on adjusting and supplementing the state budget estimate).

Then, the National Assembly voted to pass the Resolution by electronic voting, with the following results: 430 delegates participated in the vote (equal to 89.77% of the total number of National Assembly delegates), 428 delegates approved (equal to 89.35% of the total number of National Assembly delegates), and 2 delegates did not vote (equal to 0.42% of the total number of National Assembly delegates).

* Content 2: The National Assembly heard the following contents: (i) Minister of Transport Nguyen Van Thang, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the Proposal on the investment policy for the high-speed railway project on the North-South axis. (ii) Chairman of the National Assembly's Economic Committee Vu Hong Thanh presented the Report on the appraisal of the project investment policy. high speed rail on the north-south axis. The National Assembly then watched a video clip about the high-speed railway project on the north-south axis.

* Content 3: The National Assembly heard the following contents: (i) Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Do Duc Duy, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the Report on the draft Resolution on piloting the implementation of commercial housing projects through agreements on receiving land use rights or having land use rights. (ii) Chairman of the National Assembly's Economic Committee Vu Hong Thanh presented the Report on examining the draft Resolution on piloting the project implementation. commercial housing through an agreement on receiving land use rights or having land use rights.

Then, the National Assembly discussed in groups the following contents:

(i) Investment policy for high-speed railway project on the north-south axis.

(ii) Adjusting the investment policy of Long Thanh International Airport Project in Resolution No. 94/2015/QH13 of the National Assembly.

(iii) Draft Resolution on piloting the implementation of commercial housing projects through agreements on receiving land use rights or having land use rights.

After that, the National Assembly voted to pass the Resolution by electronic voting, with the following results: 432 delegates participated in the vote (equal to 90.19% of the total number of National Assembly delegates), 432 delegates approved (equal to 90.19% of the total number of National Assembly delegates).

* Content 2: Under the direction of Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Thanh, the National Assembly discussed in the hall about the Investment Policy of the National Target Program. drug prevention by 2030. At the discussion session, there were 17 opinions expressed by National Assembly deputies and 2 opinions debated by National Assembly deputies.

Delegates basically agreed with the need to invest in the Program to concretize the implementation of the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws, and international commitments on drug prevention, control and combat; focusing on solving urgent and key issues, overcoming shortcomings and limitations in drug prevention and control work.

In addition, delegates focused on discussing the following contents: the objectives of the Program and the suitability of the criteria for determining the Program; specific objectives, targets, and component projects of the Program; scope, time, and location of Program implementation; scale and total investment of the Program and component projects; resources for Program implementation; agencies and units implementing the Program; management and organization mechanisms and specific mechanisms for Program implementation; solutions for Program implementation.

In addition, National Assembly deputies discussed specific contents of the draft Resolution of the National Assembly on approving the investment policy of the National Target Program on Drug Prevention and Control until 2030. At the end of the discussion session, Minister of Public Security Luong Tam Quang spoke to explain and clarify a number of issues raised by National Assembly deputies.

(ii) Chairman of the National Assembly's Economic Committee Vu Hong Thanh presented the Report on the National Assembly's draft Resolution on specific mechanisms and policies to remove difficulties and obstacles for projects and land in the inspection, examination and judgment conclusions in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang City and Khanh Hoa Province.
