Delegates basically agreed with the need to invest in the Program to concretize the implementation of the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws, and international commitments on drug prevention, control and combat; focusing on solving urgent and key issues, overcoming shortcomings and limitations in drug prevention and control work.
