Quick announcement of the results of the 10th Central Conference, Session XIII

On October 4, the Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the basic contents of the 10th Central Conference, 13th tenure. Comrade Trinh Thi Minh Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, chaired the conference.

Comrade Trinh Thi Minh Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, quickly announced the results of the 10th Central Conference, term XIII.

Briefly announcing the basic contents of the 10th Central Conference, comrade Trinh Thi Minh Thanh said: During the 3 days (from September 18-20, 2024), the Party Central Committee worked with an urgent spirit, discussed and gave opinions on many important contents, including: Draft Political Report of the 13th Party Central Committee; Report summarizing a number of theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented renovation process in Vietnam over the past 40 years; Report of the 13th Party Central Committee on summarizing Party building work and implementing the Party Charter.

The Central Committee also gave opinions on the content of the introduction of the planning of the Politburo and Secretariat (term XIV); supplementing the planning of the Party Central Committee (term XIV), term 2026-2031 and a number of other important contents.

The Central Executive Committee has studied, discussed, and basically approved the structure and main contents of the draft Political Report to be submitted to the 14th Congress; analyzed, emphasized, and deepened the meaning and theme of the 14th Congress; approved the basic contents of the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th Congress and assigned the Politburo, based on the Central Committee's discussion opinions, to report on acceptance and explanation to direct the sub-committees to complete the above draft documents to collect opinions from Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress.

The results of the 10th Central Conference of the 13th tenure demonstrate the sense of responsibility and high solidarity of the Central Committee, contributing significantly to consolidating and promoting the results and achievements that our entire Party, people and army have strived to achieve, creating a new spirit and new impetus for the cause of synchronous and comprehensive innovation; preparing conditions for organizing the 14th National Party Congress.

Comrade Trinh Thi Minh Thanh suggested that, immediately after the conference, Party committees, Party organizations, cadres, Party members, especially leaders, carefully study and understand the contents of the documents of the 10th Central Conference, 13th tenure; the guiding viewpoints of General Secretary and President To Lam to fully and deeply grasp and lead their Party committees, agencies and units to effectively implement the Resolution of the 10th Central Conference, focusing on the highest level of "finishing" work to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the best preparations for Party congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Party Congress.
