Accordingly, from October 2 to October 8, 2023, in Hanoi, the 8th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee met and gave opinions on the following contents: Report on the socio-economic situation, state budget in 2023, plan for 2024; 3-year state budget - financial plan 2024 - 2026 and roadmap for implementing the new salary regime; summarizing 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 15-NQ/TW, dated June 10, 2012 of the 5th Central Conference (11th tenure) on a number of social policy issues for the period 2012 - 2020; Summary of 15 years of implementing Resolution No. 27-NQ/TW, dated August 6, 2008 of the Party Central Committee (10th tenure) on building a contingent of intellectuals in the period of promoting industrialization and modernization of the country.
