According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting , the forecast for the day and night of April 3rd in the Northern and North Central regions is that the early morning and night will be cold, the afternoon and evening will be less cloudy and sunny, with temperatures reaching 27 degrees Celsius in some places. The Central Highlands and the South will still have showers and thunderstorms in some places in the evening and at night.

Northwest:

- Cloudy, some rain, early morning fog in some places, sunny in the afternoon, light wind. Cold in the early morning and at night.

- Lowest temperature from 16-19 degrees Celsius, some places below 14 degrees Celsius.

- Highest temperature from 23-26 degrees Celsius, some places above 26 degrees Celsius.

Northeast:

- Rain in some places, early morning fog and light fog scattered, sunny in the afternoon. Early morning and night cold.

- Lowest temperature from 17-20 degrees Celsius, in high mountainous areas below 16 degrees Celsius.

- Highest temperature from 24-27 degrees Celsius.

Hanoi capital:

- Cloudy, no rain, early morning fog and light fog scattered, sunny afternoon. Light wind. Early morning and night cold.

- Lowest temperature from 18-20 degrees Celsius.

- Highest temperature from 25-27 degrees Celsius.

Thanh Hoa to Hue:

- Rain in some places, early morning fog and light fog scattered, afternoon less cloudy sunny. North to Northwest wind level 2-3. Early morning and night cold.

- Lowest temperature from 17-20 degrees Celsius.

- Highest temperature from 23-26 degrees Celsius.

Da Nang to Binh Thuan :

- There are showers and thunderstorms in some places ; in the South, it is cloudy and sunny. Northeast wind level 2-3.

- Lowest temperature from 20-23 degrees Celsius, South 23-25 ​​degrees Celsius.

- Highest temperature from 25-28 degrees Celsius, South 29-31 degrees Celsius.

Central Highlands:

Southern region:

- Thunderstorms may cause tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.

- Lowest temperature from 24-27 degrees Celsius.
