In the Southeast region, the weather is also entering a heat wave with the highest temperature commonly ranging from 35-36 degrees Celsius, humidity dropping to 50-55%, increasing the risk of explosions and fires in residential areas, forests and industrial zones.

However, from April 12, a cold air mass will affect the Northeast region and spread to the Northwest, North Central, then continue to affect the Central Central region. The wind will gradually change to the Northeast, increasing to level 2-3, coastal areas to level 3-4, with some places gusting to level 6. The weather will turn cold from the night of April 12 in the North and North Central regions, with some places in the mountainous areas of the North turning cold. From the night of April 13 to 14, the temperature will drop sharply, with cold nights and mornings.

At sea, cold air causes strong winds and big waves. In the Gulf of Tonkin, from noon and afternoon on April 12, the northeast wind will gradually increase to level 6, sometimes level 7, gusting to level 8-9, rough seas, waves from 1.5-2.5 m high. The northern East Sea area will also be similarly affected from the night of April 12. Meanwhile, the sea area from Quang Tri to Quang Ngai from the afternoon of April 13 is forecast to have strong winds of level 5, sometimes level 6, gusting to level 7-8, rough seas.

The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting recommends that people follow regular updates and proactively prevent extreme weather events such as thunderstorms, tornadoes, hail, strong winds and big waves at sea, and pay special attention to ensuring safety for ships operating far from shore.

During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind. The lowest temperature is 20-23 degrees Celsius. The highest temperature is 30-33 degrees Celsius, some places are over 33 degrees Celsius.

The South is cloudy, sunny during the day, especially in the East it is hot; in the evening and at night there are showers and thunderstorms in some places. Light wind. During thunderstorms there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind. Lowest temperature 24-27 degrees Celsius. Highest temperature 31-34 degrees Celsius; especially in the East 35-36 degrees Celsius.
