On March 31 and April 1, the North and the area from Thanh Hoa to Hue will be cold, with some places in the mountainous areas of the North experiencing severe cold.

Hanoi area: cloudy, light rain at night and early morning, then rain in some places. Northeast wind level 2-3. Cold weather. Lowest temperature 13-15 degrees Celsius. Highest temperature 17-20 degrees Celsius.

Northwest: Cloudy, with rain in some places. Light wind. Cold, some places very cold, very cold. Lowest temperature 13-16 degrees Celsius, some places below 10 degrees Celsius. Highest temperature 17-20 degrees Celsius, some places above 20 degrees Celsius.

Northeast: Cloudy, scattered light rain at night and early morning, then rain in some places. Northeast wind level 2-3, coastal areas level 3-4, some places gust level 6-7. Cold weather, high mountainous areas have places with severe cold. Lowest temperature 12-15 degrees Celsius, high mountainous areas have places below 10 degrees Celsius. Highest temperature 17-20 degrees Celsius.

Thanh Hoa to Hue area: Cloudy, with scattered rain and showers. North to Northwest wind level 3. Cold weather. Lowest temperature in the North 14-17 degrees Celsius, in the South 17-19 degrees Celsius.

Da Nang to Binh Thuan: Cloudy, scattered showers and thunderstorms. Northeast wind level 3, level 4 in some places, gusting to level 6-7. Thunderstorms are likely to cause tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind. Lowest temperature in the North is 20-23 degrees Celsius, in the South is 23-26 degrees Celsius.

Central Highlands: Cloudy, scattered showers and thunderstorms in the late afternoon and at night, scattered showers and thunderstorms in some places during the day. Northeast to east wind level 2-3. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind. Lowest temperature 20-23 degrees Celsius. Highest temperature 29-32 degrees Celsius.

Southern region: Cloudy, scattered showers and thunderstorms in the late afternoon and at night, scattered showers and thunderstorms in some places during the day. Northeast to east wind level 2-3. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind. Lowest temperature 23-26 degrees Celsius. Highest temperature 31-34 degrees Celsius.
