The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said that from now until January 30 (the second day of Tet), the weather in the Northern and North Central regions will have rain in some places, fog in some places in the early morning, and sunny in the afternoon.
Cold weather, severe cold in the Northern mountainous region, possibility of frost and frost in the high mountainous region; especially cold in the morning of January 30. Highest temperature 18-22 degrees Celsius, some mountainous regions below 18 degrees; lowest 9-14 degrees, some mountainous regions below 7 degrees.
From January 31 to February 2 (from the 3rd to the 5th day of Tet), there will be rain in some places, early morning there will be scattered fog and light fog; in the plains and coastal areas of the North, there will be light rain, drizzle and fog at night and early morning.
Cold at night and morning. Highest temperature 22-25 degrees Celsius, some places above 25 degrees; lowest 12-18 degrees, some places in the Northern mountainous region below 12 degrees.
Meanwhile, the Central Central region has rain in some places, early morning fog in some places, sunny in the afternoon. Night and morning are cold. Highest temperature 21-26 degrees; lowest: North 14-16 degrees; South 17-20 degrees.
South Central region has rain in some places at night, sunny during the day. Highest temperature: North 24-28 degrees, South 28-31 degrees. Lowest temperature: North 18-22 degrees, South 22-24 degrees.
The Central Highlands has little rain, sunny days. Cold nights and early mornings. Highest temperature: 24-28 degrees, from January 31 to February 2: 28-31 degrees. Lowest temperature: 14-19 degrees, some places below 14 degrees.
Southern region has little rain, sunny days. Highest temperature 29-33 degrees; lowest 19-24 degrees.
At sea, on the night of January 29 and January 30, the eastern sea area of the North East Sea will have strong northeast winds of level 6, sometimes level 7, gusting to level 8-9; rough seas; waves 3-5 m high.
The sea area from Khanh Hoa to Binh Thuan, the sea area west of the South East Sea (including the sea area west of Truong Sa archipelago) has strong northeast wind level 6, gusting to level 7-8; rough sea; waves 2-5 m high.
