On the afternoon of June 4, Tho Xuan District Party Committee held a conference to deploy the plan to implement the Campaign to support housing construction for poor households, policy households, and households with housing difficulties in the district in the 2 years 2024-2025.

Pursuant to Directive 22 dated March 30, 2024 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Tho Xuan district has deployed a plan to mobilize and implement the Campaign to support housing construction for poor households, policy households, and households with housing difficulties in the district in the 2 years 2024-2025.
The campaign is divided into two phases, phase 1 from June - September 2024; phase 2, from January 2025 - June 2025.
The target audience in villages and neighborhoods is families, clans, and relatives in villages and neighborhoods who support working days, materials, and funds to build houses. At the commune level, mobilize cadres, civil servants, organizations, individuals, and households in the area directly managed by the commune level; agencies, units, philanthropists, and fellow countrymen associations inside and outside the area. At the district level, mobilize cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers of party agencies, authorities, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, socio-professional organizations, and armed forces at the district level; agencies, organizations, public service units, and schools in the area; businesses, philanthropists, fellow countrymen associations inside and outside the area.

Also at the conference, the district deployed a plan to review and evaluate policy households, poor households, and households with housing difficulties in the district. In particular, it clearly defined the subjects, criteria, and principles for determining priority subjects; review methods; review process and progress.

Speaking at the conference, Tho Xuan District Party Secretary Le Dinh Hai affirmed: The campaign to support housing construction for poor households, policy families, and households with housing difficulties demonstrates the consistent viewpoint of "Leaving no one behind", helping the subjects have stable housing, gradually improving their lives.
The District Party Secretary requested that the mobilization must be serious, transparent, objective, and democratic based on the principles of voluntariness and high consensus of supporters.
The District People's Committee shall preside over and coordinate with the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee to deploy and guide communes and towns to develop plans to implement the review and assessment of policy households, poor households, and households with housing difficulties. Communes and towns shall conduct the review and assessment of policy households, poor households, and households with housing difficulties to ensure conditions and criteria, absolutely not taking advantage and avoiding missing subjects.
Party Secretaries and Chairmen of Commune and Town People's Committees are responsible for reviewing the list of poor households, policy households, and households with housing difficulties in their localities and units.
Based on the mobilization budget, the District Steering Committee allocates and develops local mobilization plans and strategies for effective implementation.
