Leading and directing the timely implementation of socio-economic development goals and tasks in 2025, some areas achieved positive results: land accumulation reached 40.6% of the plan, Tay Ho commune was recognized by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee as meeting the model new rural standards in 2024;... The quality of cultural and social activities continued to be improved. Social security policies were fully and promptly implemented, people's lives were improved. Lamori Resort & Spa eco-tourism resort opened and put into operation, contributing to attracting tourists. Political security and social order and safety were maintained; the fight against and suppression of crime achieved positive results; the target of assigning 239 citizens to join the army was completed, ensuring quality and in accordance with the law. Party building and the political system were strengthened. The arrangement and organization of the apparatus of agencies in the political system are carried out drastically and promptly in accordance with the direction and guidance of the Central and the province.

Discussing at the conference, delegates analyzed and clarified the difficulties and obstacles in implementing the tasks of the first quarter and proposed solutions to overcome them; emphasizing the roles and responsibilities of departments, branches, and levels, especially the heads of units, as well as coordination in performing tasks. In his concluding remarks, Tho Xuan District Party Secretary Le Dinh Hai assessed that the outstanding results achieved by the district in the first quarter of 2025 demonstrated the spirit of solidarity and unity in performing the tasks of the entire political system, business community and people in the context of many difficulties.
