Accordingly, at about 8:30 a.m. the same day, at km 790+900 National Highway 1, through My Chanh village, Hai Chanh commune, HNHL (born 2009, residing in Nam Chanh village, Hai Chanh commune) was driving a motorbike with license plate 74F1-272.xx on the route.
When arriving at the above location, there was a collision with a truck with license plate 29K-056.xx going in the same direction. The collision caused L to die on the spot.
According to initial information, the truck driver is Mr. Nguyen Ngoc D (born in 1981), residing in Soc Son district (Hanoi city).
Immediately after receiving the information, the Traffic Police of Quang Tri Province, Hai Chanh Commune Police and related units were present at the scene to regulate traffic and investigate the cause of the accident.
