At the mock session of the “Children’s National Assembly” held in Hanoi, Ha Tinh delegation had 4 delegates attending. This is an activity to concretize the National Action Program for Children for the period 2021 - 2030, promoting children’s right to participate in children’s issues.

Ha Tinh delegation visited the National Assembly Museum.

The program of the first "Children's National Assembly" Mock Session in 2023 is chaired by the Central Youth Union, the Central Council of the Young Pioneers, in coordination with the National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Education, and the National Assembly Office. The session takes place in Hanoi from September 8-10, 2023 with the participation of 263 outstanding children's delegates and 64 delegates in charge of teams nationwide.

Attending this meeting, Ha Tinh province had 4 delegates (1 delegate in charge of children and 3 outstanding children delegates) including: Ms. Vo Thi Mai - teacher in charge of the Youth Union at Vo Liem Son Primary School (Can Loc); student Bui Thi Quynh Chi - class 9C, Hoang Xuan Han Secondary School (Duc Tho); student Nguyen Dinh Khiem - class 9A, Nguyen Hoanh Tu Secondary School (Thach Ha) and student Vo Nguyen Dan - class 8A3, Thach Linh Secondary School (Ha Tinh City).

Within the framework of the program, the delegates participated in offering incense and laying wreaths at the Bac Son Martyrs Monument and laid wreaths at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. They also visited the National Assembly Museum and admired the underground display of relics and artifacts of the National Assembly building.

At Dien Hong Hall, delegates were introduced to the position and role of the National Assembly and National Assembly deputies and were instructed on skills and how to use interactive equipment at the National Assembly building. Along with that, the children were divided into groups and participated in discussions on two topics: "Protecting children to interact healthily and creatively on the Internet" and "Preventing and combating injuries, violence and child abuse".

The plenary session of the "Children's Parliament" officially took place on the morning of September 10 at Dien Hong Hall.

The session was led by children, playing the roles of the National Assembly Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary General, and ministers to contribute their voices to two main topics, including "Protecting children to interact healthily and creatively in the online environment" and "Preventing and combating injuries, violence, and child abuse".

Previously, on the afternoon of September 7, 2023, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Tran Dinh Gia attended the meeting and presented flowers to congratulate the Ha Tinh delegation before attending the meeting.
