In addition, the organizing unit of "Vietnam Sea and Island Festival - Vung Tau City 2024" quickly collected all items and handed over the site to the People's Committee of Vung Tau City before 12:00 on May 26.

The Phan Trong Binh Armed Forces Hero Social Work Fund "is responsible for paying all implementation costs (including contract compensation costs) to the relevant parties according to the agreement. It is recommended that the People's Committee of Vung Tau City preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Police to supervise the clearing and handover of the site. Any organizations and individuals who intentionally delay or prolong the time will be punished," the document stated.
