Ms. Tran Thi Cuc, an overseas Vietnamese who has settled in Germany for 37 years, said that although she has full insurance, each time she has a medical examination for each specialist in Berlin, she has to make an appointment with a doctor 1-2 months in advance. Or like taking a blood test, in Vietnam, the results are available within the same day, but in Germany, it takes several months for the hospital to send the results to the customer.
