Nghi Son Town offers incense to commemorate the 94th anniversary of the founding of the first Communist Party cell

On December 6, the Standing Committee of Nghi Son Town Party Committee held an incense offering ceremony at the historical site of the Town Party Committee in Tan Dan Ward to commemorate the 94th anniversary of the founding of the first Communist Party Cell of Tinh Gia District - the predecessor of the present-day Nghi Son Town Party Committee (December 6, 1930 - December 6, 2024).

On December 6, 1930, at the house of comrade Nguyen Van Giang in Ho Thuong village, in front of the gate of Tinh Gia district (now in Tan Dan ward, Nghi Son town), the first Communist Party cell of Tinh Gia district - the predecessor of the Nghi Son town Party Committee today was established, consisting of 5 comrades, with comrade Nguyen Van Giang as the Party cell secretary. The first Communist Party cell established in Tinh Gia hometown opened a new turning point, from here on, Tinh Gia's revolutionary movement was directly led by the Party and had steps of development.

After 94 years of construction and development, since the establishment of the first Communist Party Cell (December 6, 1930 - December 6, 2024), with 26 congresses, overcoming many difficulties and challenges, being trained in practical revolutionary struggles, Nghi Son Town Party Committee has continuously grown in terms of politics , ideology and organization. From a Party Cell with 5 members at the beginning of its establishment, up to now, the Town Party Committee has had over 11,000 members operating in 53 Party Committees and affiliated Party Cells, including 31 Party Committees of communes and wards, 11 Party Committees of agencies and 11 affiliated Party Cells. Through the revolutionary periods, the Party Committee has led the People to achieve great achievements of historical significance.
