In 2022, Mr. Loc submitted an application to the Dien Ban Land Use Rights Registration Office to request a land use rights certificate for this land plot, but it has not yet been resolved. According to the explanation of the representative of Dien Ban town, the reason is that in the process of measuring and determining the boundaries of the land plot, there were discrepancies compared to the original records. The current Land Law does not have specific regulations to resolve this issue.
