Specifically, according to the Plan for implementing university and college admissions for Preschool Education in 2023 of the Ministry of Education and Training, candidates will have to complete registration and adjust their admission wishes before 5:00 p.m. on July 30, 2023 and pay the admission registration fee online from July 31, 2023 to 5:00 p.m. on August 6, 2023.
Currently, the Ministry of Education and Training has coordinated with the Government Office to prepare the infrastructure for connecting and paying online university admission fees (through the National Public Service Portal with 17 main online payment channels nationwide).
To ensure safety, convenience, and avoid overload during the process of candidates making online payments, the Ministry of Education and Training announces the schedule for candidates to make online payments on the Admission Registration Support System according to the provinces and cities (where candidates have submitted their applications) as follows:
From 0:00 on July 31, 2023 to 17:00 on August 1, 2023: Hanoi, Ha Giang, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Tuyen Quang, Lao Cai, Dien Bien, Lai Chau, Son La and Yen Bai.
From 0:00 on August 1, 2023 to 17:00 on August 2, 2023: Hoa Binh, Thai Nguyen, Lang Son, Quang Ninh, Bac Giang, Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc, Bac Ninh, Hai Duong and Hai Phong.
From 0:00 on August 2, 2023 to 17:00 on August 3, 2023: Hung Yen, Thai Binh, Ha Nam, Nam Dinh, Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An.

From 0:00 on August 3, 2023 to 17:00 on August 4, 2023: Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue, Da Nang City, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Phu Yen, Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan and Kon Tum.
From 0:00 on August 4, 2023 to 17:00 on August 5, 2023: Ho Chi Minh City, Gia Lai, Dak Lak, Dak Nong, Lam Dong, Binh Phuoc and Tay Ninh.
From 0:00 on August 5, 2023 to 17:00 on August 6, 2023: Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Long An, Tien Giang, Ben Tre, Tra Vinh, Vinh Long, Dong Thap, An Giang, Kien Giang, Can Tho City, Hau Giang, Soc Trang, Bac Lieu and Ca Mau.
The Ministry of Education and Training requests the Departments of Education and Training of provinces and cities to coordinate and support communication and dissemination to candidates so that they know and properly follow the above division schedule; at the same time, direct high schools to prepare and proactively implement support work for candidates.
Schools disseminate and guide candidates on how to pay the admission fee on the System; remind candidates to prepare the conditions for online payment according to the document on Online Payment of Admission Fees. In addition, schools prepare a plan to support payment for candidates (on the candidate's payment software interface) in case candidates cannot do it themselves, especially candidates with difficult circumstances, candidates in remote areas.
For many candidates, this is the first time making online payments. To ensure their rights and ensure that no candidate is unable to make online payments, the Ministry of Education and Training requests that the Departments of Education and Training direct educational institutions to take appropriate measures to promptly disseminate the content of this document to each candidate in the area and ensure that their online payments are smooth and safe.
