Speaking at the launching ceremony, Major Phan Hong Da, Deputy Director of Construction Company 470 and Director of Enterprise 472 ( thuộc Construction Company 470), emphasized: “This is a politically significant emulation campaign. Therefore, the Party Committee and Board of Directors of Construction Company 470 require all agencies and Enterprise 472 to focus on close leadership and guidance, creating a vibrant emulation atmosphere within the unit and on the construction site, determined to strive to achieve the goals of the campaign. At the end of the campaign, a preliminary review will be conducted to draw lessons learned, evaluate and propose to the Emulation and Commendation Council and the Company Director to promptly reward and commend outstanding collectives and individuals.”

The bridge project in Ea Lang village, Cu Pui commune, Krong Bong district, Dak Lak province.

During the "Breakthrough, Swiftness, and Decisive Victory" emulation campaign, Construction Company 470 aims to complete the construction of the Ea Lang village bridge, part of the "Stable Resettlement Project for Free Migrants in Ea Rot Village, Cu Pui Commune, Krong Bong District, Dak Lak Province," on schedule as assigned by the investor; achieving high quality and aesthetic standards; and further affirming the position and prestige of the Truong Son Army in the Central Highlands in the new era.

At the emulation campaign launch ceremony, Enterprise 472, the unit directly responsible for the construction, set the goal of completing the following work from September 1st to December 22nd, 2023: Completing the casting of 20/20 girder segments; completing the construction of abutment M1 and piers T1, T2, T3; completing the construction of bored piles for abutment M2 and pier T4; and completing the installation of crane-mounted girders from abutment M1 to pier T3 (3 spans), with a total production value of 16 billion VND.
