The Vietnam Wildlife Birds and Animals Photo Contest is jointly organized by BirdLife International, Wildtour Company and Vietnam Wildlife Photography Club (VWPC).
Photo Contest of Birds - Wild Animals of Vietnam season 2
The contest is open to professional and amateur photographers, photography enthusiasts at home and abroad. However, photos must be taken in Vietnam.
Mr. Nguyen Hoai Bao - chairman of the jury, representative of the organizing committee - said that this contest was held for the second time, with many new features.
"This year, the organizers have expanded the scope of photography, not only taking pictures of birds but also photos of animals; there is no limit on the time of taking the photos, so photos taken decades ago can also be entered into the contest.
In addition, through this contest, the organizers hope that photographers and people will understand more about the current situation of wild birds and animals; policies and decrees on wildlife protection in our country," Mr. Nguyen Hoai Bao told Tuoi Tre Online .
Contest entries capture the shapes and beautiful moments of all species of birds and wild animals living in the natural environment. We encourage submission of photos of species protected by law (Decree 84/2021/ND-CP on the management of endangered, precious and rare forest plants and animals and the implementation of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora) to promote and protect wildlife.
In particular, the organizers do not accept photos that harm the wildlife of birds and wild animals when taking photos.
