"After conducting the inspection, this mini apartment building had many shortcomings in fire prevention and fighting (PCCC), so we requested to fix it, add signs, tools and a second exit; and dismantle items that did not meet the requirements of PCCC. The locality also invited residents and Mr. Ng., the co-owner of the building, to come and propagate and sign a commitment. Regarding the responsibility of managing construction order, the district is reviewing and clarifying," the leader informed.
