Another mini-apartment building belonging to suspect Nghiem Quang Minh is being inspected.

"Upon inspection, this mini-apartment building was found to have many shortcomings regarding fire safety, so corrective measures were requested, including the addition of warning signs, equipment, and a second escape route; and the demolition of items that did not meet fire safety requirements. The local authorities also invited residents and Mr. Ng., the co-owner of the building, to a meeting to disseminate information and sign commitments. Regarding the responsibility for managing construction order, the district is currently reviewing and clarifying the matter," the leader informed.
