On April 24, the University of Transport Technology held a ceremony to announce that the school's Journal of Science and Transport Technology (JSTT) was officially accepted into the Scopus database - one of the world's largest and most prestigious scientific indexing systems.
By joining Scopus, JSTT becomes the 15th Vietnamese journal to be included in the Scopus, SCIE and ESCI index systems, accounting for less than 2.5% of the total of more than 600 domestic scientific journals. Notably, JSTT is the only journal in Vietnam to date to be accepted by Scopus after only 3 years of establishment.
JSTT is one of the very few Vietnamese journals with an internationally recognized university publisher, developed entirely based on academic strength, rigorous peer review process and clear internationalization strategy.
