3 more localities of Dong Nai approved land use plans for 2025

That is, Decision No. 1090/QD-UBND on approving the land use plan for 2025 of Long Khanh city. According to this plan, this year the city will reclaim about 260 hectares of land, changing the land use purpose according to the current status of more than 222 hectares.

Decision No. 1091/QD-UBND on approving the land use plan for 2025 of Dinh Quan district. This year, the district will reclaim nearly 605 hectares of land and change the land use purpose according to the current status of nearly 150 hectares.

Decision No. 1092/QD-UBND on approving the land use plan for 2025 of Cam My district. This year, the district will reclaim 1,043 hectares of land and change the land use purpose to the current status of 944 hectares.

In the above decisions, the Provincial People's Committee assigned localities to update land use plan data for 2025 in the National Land Database. Announce and publicize land use plans according to regulations. Carry out land recovery, land allocation, land lease, and land use purpose conversion in accordance with land law. At the end of the year, review and propose handling of land recovery, land use purpose conversion, adjustment, cancellation of land recovery, land use purpose conversion for cases recorded in the 2025 land use plan and send a report to the Provincial People's Committee. Up to now, the Provincial People's Committee has approved the land use plans of 7 localities: Vinh Cuu, Bien Hoa, Long Thanh, Nhon Trach, Dinh Quan, Cam My and Long Khanh. This land use plan is the basis for localities to recover land for project implementation; allow individuals, households and organizations to change land use purposes; and manage land according to the area of ​​allocated land types.
