"There are cases where work is pushed to higher levels or to other agencies, lacking close, timely, and effective coordination between ministries, agencies, and localities, mainly in the fields of public investment, land management, real estate, public procurement, investment, valuation, and provision of services directly related to people and businesses...", the Deputy Prime Minister stated.

According to the Deputy Prime Minister, this situation leads to prolonged work processing, wasting time, resources, development opportunities, reducing the effectiveness and efficiency of state management, and hindering the direction and administration of authorities at all levels.

In some places, there is a great stagnation, which reduces the trust of people and businesses in state agencies, affecting the implementation of the set socio-economic development goals.

The Deputy Prime Minister noted the need to strengthen decentralization and delegation of authority, coupled with individualization of responsibility, and promote the responsibility of leaders; resolutely not allowing the shirking of responsibility or evasion of responsibility.

Therefore, in the coming time, the Government will focus on directing the synchronous implementation of solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles, overcome supply chain disruptions, promote production and business, ensure the maintenance and creation of more jobs for workers. The Government will implement a roadmap for wage reform; develop a plan to adjust the regional minimum wage appropriately. At the same time, continue to review, complete and effectively implement social security policies, support workers in difficulty; report to competent authorities on new support mechanisms and policies when necessary.
