Counting down the final days of review for the high school graduation exam, under the hottest weather, teachers and parents of Yen Thanh 3 High School, Yen Thanh District (Nghe An) together squeezed cold cups of sugarcane juice to "share the heat" for students to review for the exam.
In the shady corner of the yard, teachers were assigned to select, peel, and grind sugarcane. In another corner of the yard, other teachers were busy preparing firewood and lighting a stove to cook red bean porridge.
Despite the hot weather and sweat, everyone worked with a sense of urgency for the students. The laughter of teachers and parents filled a corner of the schoolyard, dispelling all fatigue.
At nearly 10am, when the bell rang for recess, the teachers had finished cooking three pots of sweet soup and blending hundreds of cups of sugarcane juice.

"Feeling sorry for the students who are studying hard for exams in hot weather, we all used part of our salary to buy sugarcane and ingredients to cook sweet soup to create a comfortable atmosphere and motivate them to study for the best results," Ms. Trang confided.
Enjoying a glass of clean sugarcane juice, Thai Thi Duong - a student of class 12A1 expressed her gratitude for the teachers' attention, support in exam preparation knowledge as well as their close affection.
"I promise to try my best to do well on the test so as not to let everyone down," Duong determined.
Images of teachers from Yen Thanh 3 High School cooking sweet soup and blending sugarcane juice were shared on social media and received many "likes" from parents.
Ms. Thanh Thuy – a parent of a student expressed the warm and precious relationship between teachers and students! Thank you for the love that teachers have given to students. That is the motivation for the children to try harder to study.
Mr. Phan Tat Khang - the school principal shared: "Although the value of the cups of sugarcane juice is not great, they contain feelings and hopes sent to teachers and grade 12 students during the peak exam preparation days. In the coming days, teachers will continue to make lemonade and cook red bean porridge to support the students."
