BHG - During these historic April days, along with the whole country celebrating the 50th anniversary of the April 30, 1975 victory, liberating the South, young people and many people in Ha Giang also have many ways to express their pride in the National Reunification Day.
Along with many exciting activities of the province towards the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South, in the bustling atmosphere, it is very touching that Ha Giang youth are the ones who show their pioneering role, keeping in their hearts the love for the Fatherland and national pride. Talking to us, comrade Hoang The Hanh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union shared that, proud of the historic victory of April 30, 1975, these April days, Ha Giang youth have many activities to show gratitude for the great sacrifices of their fathers and brothers. The Provincial Youth Union has been implementing many meaningful activities to celebrate the National Reunification Day, such as: Organizing a meeting program, talking about traditions with veterans who directly participated in the Ho Chi Minh Campaign in Spring 1975 at Bac Me camp; organizing incense offering and candle lighting to pay tribute to heroic martyrs in the whole province; The Provincial Youth Union organized a flag-raising ceremony at 26.3 Square and simultaneously throughout the province. Thereby, contributing to strengthening revolutionary tradition education for the young generation.

It can be clearly felt that in recent days, in schools in the province, there have been meaningful activities everywhere to celebrate the Great Spring Victory of April 30, 1975. The activities have been included in extracurricular activities by teachers and students, and in many lectures, teachers have creatively told the story of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and the reunification of the country using digital technology. There have been many art performances where students transformed into soldiers, female liberation soldiers, and female guerrillas with the liberation flag flying very emotionally. From there, it shows the pride in the hearts of young people, respecting the revolutionary struggle values of their fathers and brothers.
At destinations such as 26.3 Square and the Provincial Museum on weekends, many parents can be seen bringing their children to visit and learn about traditions. It is touching and endearing that many parents have ordered their children to wear funny soldier and militia uniforms, with the red flag with yellow star, to take pictures at many tourist destinations and historical sites in the province. Ms. Vuong Mai Trang, in Tam Son town, Quan Ba district, and many other parents with very pretty children in costumes imitating the liberation soldiers, came to 26.3 Square in Ha Giang to take pictures, saying that her children really like to wear soldier uniforms and hold the national flag to take pictures. Being immersed in the historic atmosphere of April 30 is a beautiful memory for my children and family.
On the occasion of the 30/4 National Day, many parents bought their children beautiful and proud soldier uniforms. |
At km0 Ha Giang, there is an experience service booth here that has just launched the experience "Vietnam Postcard". According to the owner of the experience service booth, to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South, the facility has launched a set of stamps celebrating the Great Festival of April 30 - the day of national reunification to be printed on postcards and integrated with augmented reality technology. The user only needs to use a smartphone to scan the stamp printed on the postcard to experience 3D images and vivid sounds about the victory of April 30, 1975. This is a very interesting and meaningful technology experience combined with culture and history, which is of interest to many tourists.
With the enthusiasm of youth, love for the country and looking forward to the historic victory day of April 30, in recent days, a group of young people, Hoang Van Oanh, owner of the Phoenix Costume establishment in Ha Giang city, in collaboration with an event organizer and the Ha Giang Youth Union, spared no effort to organize a cultural program called "Ha Giang Youth Aspires for Peace" to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and the reunification of the country.
