Continuing the working program at the eighth session, on the morning of July 11, the Provincial People's Council continued its working session in the hall to carry out the discussion, question and answer content.

At the meeting, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council reported on the synthesis of discussion opinions at the two discussion sessions on the afternoon of July 9-10. Delegates and leaders of several sectors spoke at the hall on many contents related to socio-economic development, natural resources - environment, education and training, security and order.

Comrade Nguyen Viet Hien, Director of the Department of Education and Training discussed the results of the merger of educational institutions in the province according to Plan No. 45/KH-UBND, dated May 29, 2018 of the Provincial People's Committee; advantages, difficulties, obstacles, and solutions in the coming time. Comrade Do Manh Tang, Chief Justice of the Provincial People's Court, discussed the content of solutions to improve the quality and efficiency of trial work, and settlement of all types of cases of the two-level People's Courts of Thai Binh province. Delegate Vu Van Dinh, Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff, Provincial Military Command (Vu Thu group) discussed the content of preparations for civil defense drills to respond to strong storms, super storms, and search and rescue in Thai Binh province in 2024...
