Thanh Xuan: More than 98% of voters agree with the plan to arrange commune-level administrative units

The district has consulted 71,397 voters representing households on the plan to arrange commune-level administrative units of Thanh Xuan district. The number of voters representing households participating in the vote was 70,894 people. The result was that the number of votes in favor was 70,428, reaching a rate of 98.53%.

Regarding the name of the new administrative unit according to the plan, the number of votes in agreement was 68,213 votes, reaching a rate of 95.43%.

The collection of opinions is carried out through the form of distributing ballots directly to household representatives and organizing conferences of voters representing households to distribute ballots to collect opinions, implemented by the People's Committees of wards from April 19 to present.

According to the plan, Thanh Xuan District People's Committee will synthesize local people's opinions and submit to the District People's Council meeting to issue a Resolution approving the policy to implement the administrative unit arrangement plan on April 25, 2025.
