On the afternoon of February 7, the Provincial People's Committee continued the meeting of the Provincial People's Committee members to give opinions on the contents submitted to the Provincial People's Council meeting. Comrade Pham Ngoc Nghi - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the meeting.
At the meeting, members of the Provincial People's Committee gave their opinions and agreed to submit to the Provincial People's Council a Resolution on the level of support from the provincial budget to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the province in 2025.
Comrade Nguyen Thien Van - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee gave his opinion at the meeting.
Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee submitted to the Provincial People's Council for approval a specific Resolution to support from the provincial budget to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the province in 2025 for the following subjects: families of people with revolutionary contributions, relatives of martyrs according to Decision No. 21/2024/QD-TTg dated November 22, 2024 of the Prime Minister (support of 20 million VND/newly built house); poor ethnic minority households, poor Kinh households living in extremely disadvantaged communes, extremely disadvantaged villages under the National Target Program on socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas for the period 2021-2030, phase I: from 2021 to 2025 according to Decision No. 1719/QD-TTg dated October 14, 2021 of the Prime Minister (support of 36 million VND/newly built house); Poor and near-poor households in Ea Sup and M'Drak districts under the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction according to Decision No. 90/QD-TTg dated January 18, 2022 of the Prime Minister: VND 28.5 million/newly built house. Poor and near-poor households with temporary and dilapidated houses that need to be newly built according to Official Dispatch No. 102/CD-TTg dated October 6, 2024 of the Prime Minister: VND 20 million/newly built house. Through review, the total provincial budget funding needed to ensure in 2025 to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the area is more than VND 137.4 billion.
The content of the Resolution is expected to be presented at the Seventeenth Special Session of the 10th Provincial People's Council.
Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Nguyen Minh Huan gave his opinion at the meeting.
Also at the meeting, members of the Provincial People's Committee agreed to submit to the Provincial People's Council a draft Resolution on the staffing of civil servants in administrative agencies, approval of the total number of employees in public service units, the number of contracts to perform professional and technical work in public service units and the staffing of special associations in 2025; a draft Resolution approving the List of land plots for bidding for investment projects using land in Dak Lak province; a draft Resolution on the establishment, merger and dissolution of specialized agencies under the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee; a draft Resolution on adjusting and supplementing the medium-term public investment capital plan for the period 2021 - 2025.

Comrade Pham Ngoc Nghi - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the units in charge of drafting the content to receive comments and contributions, work with relevant departments and branches to complete the submissions to ensure compliance with regulations, strictness and persuasion before submitting to competent authorities.
