Ninh Binh City Party Committee thoroughly implements documents of the Politburo and Secretariat

On the morning of November 17, the Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh City Party Committee held a conference to disseminate and deploy documents of the Politburo and the Secretariat to key officials of the city.

At the conference, delegates were informed and deployed by provincial and city-level propagandists of the following documents: Dissemination and implementation of Directive No. 24-CT/TW, dated July 13, 2023 of the Politburo on firmly ensuring national security in the context of comprehensive and extensive international integration;

Implement Regulation No. 114-QD/TW, dated July 11, 2023 of the Politburo on controlling power and preventing and combating corruption and negativity in personnel work.

Thoroughly grasp and implement Conclusion No. 50-KL/TW, dated February 28, 2023 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW of the 12th Party Central Committee on a number of issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently;

Implement Conclusion No. 54-KL/TW, dated May 9, 2023 of the Secretariat on continuing to implement Decision No. 99-QD/TW, dated October 3, 2017 on continuing to promote the role of the people in the fight to prevent and repel degradation, "self-evolution", and "self-transformation" within the Party.

Thoroughly grasp and implement Instruction No. 99HD/BTGTW of the Central Propaganda Department on implementing Regulation No. 85-QD/TW, dated October 7, 2022 of the Secretariat on cadres and party members establishing and using personal electronic information pages on the internet and social networks.

Thoroughly grasp and implement Regulation No. 116-QD/TW, dated July 28, 2023 of the Secretariat on directing, orienting and providing information and propaganda to prevent and combat corruption and negativity.

Thoroughly grasp and implement Regulation No. 110-QD/TW, dated July 6, 2023 of the Secretariat on rotation of cadres in the Party Inspection sector.

Implement Directive No. 17-CT/TU, dated October 30, 2023 of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on strengthening discipline; improving sense of responsibility and work efficiency in performing public duties.

Also at the conference, delegates were informed of the directives and resolutions of the City Party Committee and the direction of the City People's Committee in implementing the directives and resolutions of the Central and local governments.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, the leader of the Ninh Binh City Party Committee requested that Party committees, Party organizations, and key officials fully and deeply understand the basic, core contents and new points in the Central documents disseminated at the conference in order to lead and direct the implementation.

Urgently concretize and develop appropriate programs and plans for localities and units to effectively deploy and implement, and soon put directives and resolutions into practice.
