(NLDO) - Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tam, Head of the Propaganda Department of Can Tho City Party Committee, was assigned to hold the position of Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the City Party Committee.
February 6, City Party Committee Can Tho announced decisions on organizational structure and personnel work of Party agencies and organizations under the City Party Committee.

Mr. Le Tan Thu, Head of the Organization Committee of Can Tho City Party Committee , announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on the establishment of the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee .
Mr. Do Thanh Binh congratulated the officials who received their assignments at the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tam - member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the Propaganda Department, holds the position of Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the City Party Committee . The Standing Committee of the City Party Committee decided to assign 6 cadres from the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.
The Standing Committee of the City Party Committee decided to end the activities of 8 Party organizations; 3 Party Executive Committees; Party Committee of the City Party Civil Affairs Agencies; Party Committee of the City Business Sector.
Establishment of the Party Committee of the City Party Agencies (the Party Committee at the grassroots level) directly under the City Party Committee, including 26 grassroots Party organizations and 735 Party members, on the basis of receiving a number of grassroots Party organizations and Party members from the Party Committee of the City Party Civil Affairs Agencies.
The Standing Committee of the City Party Committee appointed the Party Executive Committee for the 2020-2025 term, with 27 members. Of which, Mr. Pham Van Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee , Chairman of the City People's Council, holds the position of Party Committee Secretary.
Establishment of the City People's Committee Party Committee (a grassroots Party Committee) directly under the Can Tho City Party Committee , including 68 grassroots Party organizations and 6,992 Party members.
Mr. Do Thanh Binh, Secretary of the Can Tho City Party Committee , said that up to now, the city has completed the streamlining of the organizational apparatus of the city's Party agencies according to the schedule required by the Central Government.
Mr. Do Thanh Binh congratulated the officials in the Party Executive Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term.
The Secretary of the City Party Committee suggested continuing to promote the tradition of solidarity, efforts, overcoming difficulties, quickly stabilizing, focusing on implementing work according to the new organizational model and putting it into operation immediately.
"We must ensure that the tasks of Party organizations that have ended their operations are well inherited, without interruption, stagnation, or omission of tasks, areas, or fields; and without affecting the normal activities of society, people, and businesses," said Mr. Do Thanh Binh.
The Party Committees of the City Party agencies, the City People's Committee Party Committee, the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission of the City Party Committee need to urgently develop working regulations or review, supplement, and amend the working regulations of the agency and each affiliated unit in each agency to ensure full implementation of the new functions and tasks of each agency and unit; in each task, the presiding unit and the presiding person must be clear; the assignment of tasks must be consistent and not overlap.
