Thanh Tri: Strongly spreading emulation movements

With the spirit of solidarity, responsibility, creativity, and strict implementation of the 2024 theme "Discipline, responsibility, action, creativity, development", Thanh Tri district has implemented a comprehensive and widespread emulation movement in all fields. Accordingly, Thanh Tri district has completed and exceeded 19/19 socio-economic targets. The total production value in the area reached more than 19,247 billion VND, an increase of 15.2% over the same period.

Average income per capita reached 82 million VND, an increase of 4.4 million VND/person compared to 2023. Notably, thanks to the participation of the entire political system, in 2024, Thanh Tri district was recognized by the Prime Minister as a district meeting advanced new rural standards, maintaining well the criteria of a model new rural commune; 8 communes were recognized as tourist destinations; Van Dien town met civilized urban standards...

In addition, the district continues to implement social security policies well, reduce near-poor households, create jobs, and improve people's lives. Up to now, the district has no more poor or near-poor households according to the multidimensional poverty standards for the period 2022-2025. Political security, social order and safety are maintained and stable...

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Committee Nguyen Xuan Phong commended and congratulated the outstanding achievements that collectives and individuals in the district have achieved in the patriotic emulation movement in 2024. 2025 is the final year of the term, the year of acceleration, breakthrough, and reaching the finish line in implementing the targets and tasks set forth by the Resolution of the 24th District Party Congress and the year of Party Congresses at all levels, leading up to the 14th National Congress of the Party; marking the time when the country enters a new era, the era of national development.

On behalf of the District Emulation and Reward Council, Chairman of the District People's Committee Nguyen Xuan Phong launched a patriotic emulation movement in all fields and called on all cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in the district to promote the spirit of solidarity, intelligence, discipline and creativity, continuing to promote the patriotic emulation movement in all fields according to the city's 2025 work theme: "Discipline, responsibility, action, creativity, development"... On this occasion, 2 individuals were honored to receive the Third Class Labor Medal from the President; 3 collectives and 2 individuals were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Prime Minister; Hanoi People's Committee awarded Emulation Flags to 8 collectives, the title of "Excellent Labor Collective" to 9 collectives and 6 individuals; Thanh Tri District People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 89 collectives and 188 individuals; awarded the title of "Advanced Labor Collective" to 140 collectives; recognized the titles of "Advanced Labor" and "Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level" to 166 individuals; awarded the title of "Advanced Labor" to 430 individuals.
