On July 4, news from the People's Committee of Dong Nai province said that it had just decided to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the Giang Dien low-density residential area and eco-tourism project.
Accordingly, the Giang Dien low-density residential area and eco-tourism project in Trang Bom district is invested by Giang Dien Tourism Joint Stock Company.
In addition to Giang Dien Tourism Joint Stock Company, the inspected units also include: Trang Bom District People's Committee, Giang Dien, Quang Tien, Doi 61 Commune People's Committees, Department of Planning and Investment, Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Department of Construction and related agencies, organizations and individuals.

The inspection period is from September 2011 to present. During the inspection process, if there are any related issues before and after the inspection period, the Inspection Team is responsible for clarifying them.
The inspection team is led by Mr. Pham Ngoc Ha, Deputy Chief Inspector of Dong Nai province. The inspection period is within 45 working days from the date of announcement of the inspection decision.
The delegation is responsible for inspecting compliance with legal regulations on land management, use and environmental protection; investment management and fulfillment of financial obligations to the state budget.
In addition, the delegation also inspected compliance with legal regulations on construction management and real estate business.
