Quang Nam Provincial Inspectorate trains in handling petitions and resolving complaints and denunciations

This training conference is for civil servants in charge of handling petitions, resolving complaints and denunciations and Heads of People's Inspectorate at the commune level of 6 localities: Nui Thanh, Tam Ky, Phu Ninh, Tien Phuoc, Bac Tra My, Nam Tra My.

During the one-day course, students were instructed in professional skills, discussed important issues in handling complaints, denunciations, recommendations, and reflections; the process of handling complaints and denunciations. At the same time, they shared some practical experiences in receiving citizens, handling petitions and resolving complaints and denunciations; and consulting on resolving complicated and mass complaints and denunciations.

Mr. Huynh Ngoc Tien - Deputy Chief Inspector of the province said that this is the 3rd conference out of 6 training conferences of the Provincial Inspectorate organized according to the plan in 2024. Thereby, thoroughly grasping the key contents of the Law on Complaints, Law on Denunciation, Law on Anti-Corruption and documents guiding their implementation; procedures for receiving citizens, handling petitions, resolving complaints, resolving denunciations issued by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on September 5, 2023.

At the training conferences, the Provincial Inspectorate will also provide guidance, exchange expertise, and share experiences to help inspectors, officials, and civil servants in the province fully grasp the provisions of the law to apply in the activities of receiving citizens, handling petitions, resolving complaints, denunciations, and preventing corruption. Along with that is the work of checking, inspecting, and supervising the implementation of legal provisions in this field to successfully complete assigned tasks and public duties.
