Vinh City allocates additional 110 billion VND to implement 8 new projects and works

At the 11th session, the 22nd City People's Council, term 2021-2026, passed a resolution to adjust the medium-term public investment plan from Vinh city's budget for the period 2021-2025.

Accordingly, the City People's Council agreed to allocate Vinh City's budget for the 2021-2025 period to supplement the implementation of 8 projects with a total of more than 110 billion VND, specifically as follows:

- Route D3, N3 to Hung Dong industrial cluster, Vinh city (21.81 billion VND).

- 24m road outside the fence of Em-Tech Nghe An Factory expansion project (12.3 billion VND).

- Construction of infrastructure for resettlement area in hamlet 5, Nghi Phu commune, serving site clearance for Vinh - Cua Lo road project, phase 1 (over 9 billion VND).

- Construction of infrastructure for resettlement area in hamlet 21, Nghi Phu commune, Vinh city to serve site clearance for Vinh - Cua Lo road project, phase 1 (over 19 billion VND).

- Construction of infrastructure for resettlement area of Nghi Duc commune, serving site clearance for the traffic road project connecting Vinh - Cua Lo, phase 1 (over 20.8 billion VND).

- Construction of infrastructure for Resettlement Area No. 02 in Nghi Duc commune, serving site clearance for the Vinh - Cua Lo traffic road project, phase 1 (over 4.3 billion VND).

- Construction of Hoa Thai traffic road, Hung Hoa commune, connecting Lam River road to Moi Truong dike, phase 1 (21.5 billion VND).

- Bau Dong drainage ditch, Hung Dong commune (4.5 billion VND).

This Resolution also decides to adjust the Vinh City's medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021-2025. Specifically, the capital will be increased by a total of nearly VND 2,579 billion; including an increase for 29 projects according to the final settlement value; 20 projects due to scale adjustment, increased total investment, additional capital to complete construction; 7 projects newly added to the medium-term list; 4 projects using provincial capital to carry out compensation, site clearance, and construction of remaining items; 95 infrastructure projects exploiting land funds...
