Tuyen Quang City seeks opinions on the construction, restoration and embellishment of a number of relics

This project was approved by the Provincial People's Committee on January 22, 2023, with the Management Board of Historical and Cultural Relics of Tuyen Quang City as the investor. The total estimated construction investment is over 3.8 billion VND, sponsored by T&T Group Joint Stock Company. The project will be implemented from 2023-2024. The scale of construction investment includes: Demolition, moving orphaned rocks, bushes, creating construction sites and walkways for transporting construction materials; building the Palace of Worship and renovating auxiliary works... Delegates heard reports on the current status of the relics of Ghenh Quyt Temple, Pha Lo Temple, Mo Than Temple (Tuyen Quang City); objectives, scale, location, estimated total investment of the projects; time and method of implementation...

At the meeting, Professor of History Le Van Lan emphasized that the city needs to pay attention to the mountain god worshiping belief layer, which is an important basis for understanding and affirming the worshiping belief theme. In addition, it is necessary to review the names and terminology. At the same time, it is necessary to pay attention and unify the display and arrangement of the layers and altars of the gods according to the belief theme...
