City: Quarter I/2025, pay over 182 billion VND in compensation and support for site clearance

The city continues to promote propaganda and mobilization, and at the same time review records to enforce land recovery for nearly 400 cases that have not received compensation and support for site clearance in 10 projects in the area.

The City Land Fund Development Center has prepared, submitted for appraisal and approved 13 plans with a total cost of 24.12 billion VND; 8 plans were approved with a total amount of 7.65 billion VND. The organization paid over 182 billion VND to 1,031 units, households and individuals; equivalent to land acquisition of 40.11 hectares; finalized 13 projects with a total amount of 222.78 billion VND.

In the coming time, the city will focus all its efforts on accelerating the progress of site clearance for key projects and resource-generating projects; enhancing the responsibility of leaders of local Party committees and authorities in site clearance; actively dialogue and receive citizens; proactively review and complete procedures and documents and organize enforcement of land recovery decisions for cases of intentional non-compliance with project site handover. Focus on resolving existing problems related to land, site clearance and petitions related to land and the environment.
