According to this leader, the temporary suspension of driving tests and receiving related documents is carried out according to new policies and guidelines, aiming to strengthen state management in the field of road traffic.

In particular, the decisions were made to prepare for the handover of the task of testing and issuing driving licenses from the Ministry of Transport to the Ministry of Public Security.

The transfer of driver testing and licensing management from the Ministry of Transport to the Ministry of Public Security is expected to contribute to improving management quality, ensuring transparency and efficiency in driver licensing.

During the transition period, people can still carry out procedures to change their car driving licenses (in case the driving license expires in less than 3 months) on the National Public Service Portal at: https://dvc4.gplx.gov.vn.

In addition, the Hue City Department of Transport recommends that in case of difficulties or problems, people can contact the unit directly for timely guidance and resolution.
