Just 5 days after storm No. 3 devastated Ha Long, life has returned to normal.
Urgent efforts by the government and tourism businesses have helped quickly overcome the damage, ensuring facilities and human resources to serve tourists.

I did not think everything could return so quickly. That is thanks to the determination of the government and businesses working together to clean up and overcome the consequences of this historic storm. Although there are still difficulties, we always believe that tourists will soon return to Quang Ninh."

We hope that in the coming time, the locality will have more stimulus policies to support businesses, as well as attract tourists to Ha Long".
Recently, Ha Long city has launched a call for people to spend 7 days and nights to overcome the consequences of storm No. 3. With the spirit of solidarity and unity of the people of the coastal city, after only half the launching time, daily life in general and tourism in particular are gradually reviving in the area where the storm passed.
