Specifically, on August 7, 2024, Truong Son Joint Stock Auction Company received a notice from Thanh Oai District Land Fund Development Center regarding the suspension of the first land use rights auction in Dam area, Muc Xa village, Cao Duong commune, Thanh Oai district, Hanoi.
The reason given is that Thanh Oai District People's Committee needs to re-determine the starting price for auctioning land use rights for 114 plots of land in Cao Duong commune according to the direction of Hanoi City People's Committee.
Previously, on August 10, at Thanh Oai District Gymnasium (Hanoi), the auction of land use rights for 68 plots of land in Ngo Ba area, Thanh Than village, Thanh Cao commune, Thanh Oai district took place. This auction caused a "fever" in the land market in the suburbs of Hanoi, attracting about 1,600 customers with more than 4,000 qualified applications to participate.
