On December 15, Ho Chi Minh City Police informed that Go Vap District Police had just successfully rescued a young man trapped on the roof, suspected of being high on drugs.

Previously, residents in the alley of Truong Dang Que Street (Ward 3, Go Vap District) discovered a young man trapped on the roof of a third-floor house and immediately reported it to the authorities.

Upon receiving the news, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team, Go Vap District Police deployed officers and soldiers along with fire trucks to the scene to carry out rescue work.

The victim was identified as Nguyen H. (33 years old), not a resident of this house. Mr. H. showed signs of being high on drugs and was trapped on the third floor.

Upon arriving at the scene, the authorities discovered that Mr. H. was injured, with a dislocated left ankle and unable to move. The officers and soldiers quickly applied personal protective equipment, bandaged the open wound, and brought Mr. H. safely to the ground.

Currently, the young man was handed over by the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team, Go Vap District Police to Ward 3 Police to make a record and handle according to regulations.
