Thanh Hoa: Construction of Happiness Bridge started

Attending the event were Deputy Head of the Central Youth Front Committee - Do Tuan Hanh; Member of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union, Director of the National Volunteer Center - Do Thi Kim Hoa; Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Long An Provincial Youth Union - Vo Minh Quoc along with local leaders and people.

Delegates perform the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the Happiness Bridge.

The Happiness Bridge is built with a monolithic reinforced concrete structure , 24m long and 3.7m wide, ensuring durability and safety for people when traveling. The total construction cost is 450 million VND, of which the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union supported 400 million VND, local people contributed labor days and 50 million VND.

This project is part of a series of activities in response to Youth Month 2025, welcoming Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party; commemorating the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2025). Thereby, demonstrating the spirit of solidarity and joining hands for the community of young people to help, create favorable conditions for travel, and improve the lives of people in remote and isolated areas.

The project is expected to be completed after about 3 months of construction, contributing to improving the quality and convenience of travel and transporting goods for local people./.
