Thanh Hoa province's folk artists group participated and won 3 A prizes, 4 B prizes, and 2 C prizes at the 2024 Vietnam Ethnic Culture Festival.

The 2024 Vietnam Ethnic Culture Festival takes place from December 14 to 16, organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with the People's Committee of Quang Tri province, gathering the participation of delegations from 16 provinces and cities. The festival focuses on introducing typical contents in the cultural identity of the ethnic groups of the participating provinces and cities through many unique cultural, tourism and sports activities, such as: Mass art festival; performance of ethnic costumes; introduction of festival excerpts and traditional cultural rituals; display, introduction and promotion of traditional culture; performance, processing and introduction of unique ethnic cuisine of the localities; sports activities and folk games...

The Thanh Hoa Province Folk Artists Group, coordinated by the Center for Culture and Cinema with the districts of Nhu Thanh and Muong Lat, selected typical artisans and cultural nuclei from ethnic minorities to participate. At the same time, they built and prepared a unique and elaborate program, fully participating in the contents of the festival.
The content introducing unique ethnic cuisine with the theme "The flavor of Thanh's highlands" won the A prize.
With careful preparation and impressive performances, the Thanh Hoa province folk art troupe has won 3 A prizes, 4 B prizes and 2 C prizes. Of which, 3 A prizes were for the performance: Thai ethnic musical instrument ensemble; performance of traditional costumes of Thanh Hoa province's ethnic groups and introduction of unique ethnic cuisine with the theme "Taste of Thanh's highlands".

4 B prizes went to the Khap singing and Luong Ca Sa dancing performances; the exhibition booth introducing and promoting the traditional culture of Thanh Hoa province and the excerpt from the “Set Booc May” festival of the Thai ethnic group, Nhu Thanh district. 2 C prizes went to the Highland Market performance and the tourism explanation content.
The Thanh Hoa Province Folk Artists' Group has made many contributions to the success of the 2024 Vietnam Ethnic Culture Festival and was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
