Thang Binh honors "political nucleus" at the grassroots level

Many shining examples

When you come to Thai Dong village (Binh Nam commune, Thang Binh) and ask about Mr. Vo Su, everyone knows him. In the eyes of the people, Mr. Vo Su - Secretary of the Thai Dong village Party cell is an active person in the village and transmits positive energy for everyone to join hands to build their homeland.

Mr. Su said that the Party cell is the political factor leading the implementation of the Party's guidelines, policies and strategies at the grassroots level. If the people want to perform well the tasks of socio-economic development, the Party cell must improve its fighting capacity, be clean and strong.

Currently, Thai Dong village Party Cell has 20 party members. Mr. Vo Su and the village Party Cell are interested in creating sources and developing party members to increase the fighting strength of the party, rejuvenate the team, and ensure succession. Mr. Su and the village Party Cell have promptly implemented resolutions of party congresses at all levels; seriously implemented work programs in accordance with tasks at the grassroots level.

Mr. Vo Su has mobilized people to cooperate with the Binh Nam Commune Agricultural Service Cooperative to link rice and peanut production in a chain. People are provided with quality seedlings and advanced production processes by the Cooperative, and their rice and peanuts are purchased at higher prices than the market price after harvest, thus stabilizing their income.

Up to now, the average income of Thai Dong villagers is more than 61 million VND/year. Thai Dong village used to have many households that lacked food and clothing, but now there are no poor households. The village has met the standards of a model new rural village.

Thanks to the dynamism, creativity, and daring of Mr. Su and the collective of cadres and party members in the village, the appearance of Thai Dong village has changed significantly. The rate of rich and well-off households is higher year after year; people build solid houses...

Currently, the whole district of Thang Binh has 106 villages and neighborhoods under 20 communes and towns. In the past time, 106 village and neighborhood party cell secretaries have had outstanding achievements in leading the implementation of assigned targets and tasks; mobilizing people to build economic development models, build new rural areas...

In particular, dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility, be proactive, creative, and dedicated to assigned tasks; actively study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and lifestyle in conjunction with carrying out the political tasks of the Party cell.

“The village and block party cell secretaries have made important contributions to the overall achievements of the locality. Most of the party cell secretaries are always close to the people, learning about and listening to their thoughts and aspirations. They closely coordinate with mass organizations to do a good job of propaganda and mobilizing people to implement the Party's policies and guidelines, and carry out the patriotic emulation movement well,” said Mr. Loi.

With the results and contributions to the patriotic emulation movement of the district, the Standing Committee of Thang Binh District Party Committee has awarded 23 exemplary village and neighborhood Party cell secretaries among the Party cell secretaries who have excellently completed their tasks.

Mr. Le Quang Hat - Standing Deputy Secretary of Thang Binh District Party Committee said: "I believe that in the coming time, the comrades, secretaries of village and neighborhood Party cells will continue to make more efforts, promote the achieved results, and together with the locality, build Thang Binh district to develop more comprehensively and sustainably."

2025 is the last year to implement the Resolution of the 21st Congress of the Party Committee of Thang Binh district (term 2020 - 2025) and the year to organize party congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Party Congress.

To successfully implement the 2025 socio-economic development plan, spreading the emulation movement widely among all classes of people, Thang Binh District Party Committee assigned the task of village and neighborhood Party cell secretaries to promote their role as political cores, effectively directing the implementation of patriotic emulation movements; effectively implementing new rural construction associated with civilized urban areas; promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; discovering and replicating advanced models, honoring cultural and moral values, good people and good deeds at the grassroots level.
